A great seafood tradition since 1986.
For almost three decades, the Breakthrough story has been a tale of legendary Iloilo cuisine and true hospitality. From the time the doors opened in 1986 and its first location in Jaro, Iloilo City to the present day branches, Breakthrough has developed a reputation for delivering an unmatched dining experience for all of its guests.

Extraordinary seafood specialties and a bountiful array of different cuisines anchor an eclectic menu, artfully thought of, crafted and printed every day by people who maintain the same level of commitment to the freshest ingredients demonstrated since the 1980’s.

In 1986, spouses Munding and Daday Robles opened their first Breakthrough Restaurant in Lopez Arcade Jaro, Iloilo City, setting the stage for what would become one of the nation’s most iconic seafood brands. Today, with locations spread out all over Iloilo City, Breakthrough remains the flagship restaurant that has set a standard for the Iloilo experience.
